Deputy Registrars will be on hand at Skokie Public Library on the following days from August 13th through October 5th: Every Wednesday: 7:00pm to 9:00pm Every Sunday: 1pm to 4pm To register to vote, you must be: 1. A U.S. citizen 2. At least 18 years old by Election Day (Tuesday, November 4th, 2008) 3.
