Chicago Public Radio collecting 1968 Democratic National Convention stories

Where were you during the 1968 Democratic National Convention? So many folks in Skokie and the Chicago area have a story from that time. Whether they were at the convention hall, the Conrad Hilton or Grant Park, Chicago Public Radio wants to hear the story. Chicago Public Radio is building an archive of what Chicago looked, felt and sounded like during the Democratic National Convention held in Chicago this month 40 years ago. Some stories are already up at http://www.chicagopublicradio.org/Cityroom_Series.aspx?seriesID=116 . Some will be broadcast. Via 888-450-6502, participants can call in their stories or can leave a message with contact details and can set something up to collect your story.
