$25 Flu Shots At Evanston's Levy Senior Center

Flu shots are available from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Friday, Oct. 10 at the Levy Senior Center, 300 Dodge in Evanston. 

This service is available to the general public regardless of age or residency and is provided by Preventacare.
The fee is $25 or free with Medicare part B (bring your Medicare card with you). Sorry, no credit cards accepted.
