Niles East alumnus Robert Feder leaving Chicago Sun-Times

"Once, while covering a teachers strike for the school paper at Niles East High School in 1973, Feder hid in a closet during a meeting of the teachers union. None of the participants ever knew how Feder was able to report so much of what had gone on at the closed-door meeting, " writes Carol Marin today in her blog/column for the Sun-Times.
