The Cook County North Suburban chapter of the National Alliance on Mental Illness is sponsoring the theater production, "Stars of Light,'' at 2 pm on Oct. 12 at Harper College in Palantine, IL. The original production honors 'Mental Health Awareness Week' and features vignettes, personal stories, and music performed by actors with mental illness.
NAMI is a nationwide nonprofit grass roots organization that provides local support, education and advocacy to people with mental illness and their families living in our community.
