Cook County Sheriff Will Not Evict for Foreclosures

Cook County Sheriff Tom Dart says that his department will not be involved in evictions of individuals whose properties have been foreclosed upon. Dart is believed to be the first sheriff of a major metropolitan area who has refused to take part in the actions.
