Merikay Kimball will speak at the North Shore Senior Center on her "Blueprints For Balance" program. Kimball will discuss the "change process," help participants identify change in their own lives, and identify support resources. From 3:30pm to 5pm at the North Shore Senior Center, 161 Northfield Road, Northfield, IL.
