You are invited to join us in forming a nonprofit community organization of individuals, churches, other nonprofits and groups in Skokie, Illinois who can help you and your neighbors organize resources to cope with the economic and social problems we are facing because of the economic recession and related social problems in Skokie.

You can make a difference in Skokie by helping one another organize resources to combat these problems.

People are frightened about loss of income and increased costs. Individuals and families are under increased stress and anxiety. Hate groups will try to blame our social problems on minorities. Government programs will lose substantial tax resources and will cut necessary services.

Vacancies in commercial and residential units will increase. Criminals will try to take advantage of isolated groups.
