1957 50 years ago, yet it seems like yesterday. The photo is at the downtown corner of State and Randolph streets in the spring of 1957. Under ordinary circumstances it’d just be another old snapshot. What makes this picture special is that it’s being used as the title screen for the upcoming Channel 11 production “Remembering Chicago: The Boomer Years” to air on Sunday evening, March 4th. So if you get a chance to see the program you can tell people “Hey, I know who took that picture.”
