Starbucks Outdoor Dining O.K.'d by Village Plan Commission

Outdoor dining at the Starbucks on the 4100 block of Dempster has been approved by the Skokie Plan Commission. Despite some protests by residential and commercial neighbors, Planner Kimberly Porter concluded that "...outdoor dining will add to the vibrancy of the area and provide a nice seasonal amenity."
