Understanding Domestic Abuse and its Impact

(an experiential exercise created by the Washington State Coalition Against Domestic Violence)

This session is designed for both professionals and advocates; those who have received minimal training, have limited experience or are looking to refresh their knowledge of domestic violence.Topics to be discussed include dynamics and signs of abuse; abuse myths and facts; individual, organizational and community roles, responsibilities and boundaries; challenges and barriers abuse victims face.

There is no cost for registration, food or materials.
Kosher breakfast will be provided.    Participants will receive 3 CEU credits.
