Cook County Circuit Court Judge Thomas R. Mulroy offered advice on how to deal with the often confusing legal system as if affects parents and children. Sponsored by the Niles Township Youth Coalition, Judge Mulroy spoke at the Fairview School on Jan. 30. He stressed analyzing conduct and seeing how that conduct is viewed legally.
